Description
This Part demonstrates a very practical use of Table Driven Patterns. Using an often-modeled D38999 Mil-Standard Connector as an example, a Table Driven Pattern controls the ‘X’ and ‘Y’ locations for each Electrical Contact. Several popular “Insert Arrangements” (09-35, 11-35, 15-35 etc.) are provided for each Shell Size (A-J) as Configurations conforming to the MIL-STD-1560B Interface Standard. Each Configuration has its own Table Driven Pattern which can be exported to a File and re-imported into your own Library of Connectors. This part also has a Design Table to control dimensions and suppress and un-suppress features easily in one table. Download this file to see how a table driven pattern works.
