Essentra HSR-1 Heat sink, drawn with spring FULLY compressed. Centroid for X,Y is at center of part. Z is at BOTTOM surface of lowest spring because that is what will contact with the heat sink. Can be brought into Altium with no need for any offset for X,Y, or Z.

Okay, some information on such a simple part. There are various data sheets floating around on this device. The part is drawn from AAVID drawing 041643, revision D. The part is drawn at MMC in order to ensure collision avoidance. So the overall height, width, and surface that covers the DPAK are at maximum material conditions, NOT NOMINAL.X, Y, Z are set up for correct import into Altium designer with no offsets required. Centroid of part is in the center, located at the BOTTOM of the part where it comes into contact with the PCB.The bend in the part where it comes in contact with the PCB is set up to match their recommended footprint, NOT the mechanical data sheet (part is off by about 0.1 between the land pattern and mechanical).

Which is where it needs to be to be able to drop it into altium with no modifications needed. Leads are trimmed to 5mm since this TO-220 is for PCB assembly rendering.

Reverse mount surface mount tact switch. Part mounts to top of board, actuator sticks out bottom of board. XYZ coordinates are set as follows. X and Y are at center of part, Z axis is set at bottom of the lead. Part will load into altium 100% correct with no modifications needed.
