Description:This feature distinguish that this is sheet metal part. It specifies the bend radius, wall thickness and K factor. This part is created using sheet metal features so that the part can be flattened out to create a flat pattern. 90 degree edge flanges are used. The Delete Face is used to remove the small remnant of circle cutout. The Break Corner is used to remove sharp covers. Hems are closed using “Bend Outside” options; all the hems are full length. Make sure the model can be flattened out. Periodically check the flat pattern especially when adding Edge and Miter Flanges.
