Description:This die-cast conduit elbow, while initially appearing to be made from multiple simple, symmetrical extrusions, was complicated by the parting line that runs along one leg of the one conduit. Using a series of split lines and split parts with a shell, the part was created draft and all. The cover for the elbow was created with a forming tool.
