	Wrong size tapped holes
	Along with wrong taper, tapped holes should be 3/8-16 not 5/16-18. Also keyway height was not per catalog.

	Wrong taper
	Part is ok but taper has to be change at 3/4" per foot. It is design at 3/4" per foot on the radius so simply change to 3/8" to have right angle
