Did what I needed
I needed a simple model and this worked.  However, there is room for improvement.  Pitch is off and pin 1 designator should be added.

The pitch is slightly off, but not a big deal.
The pitch is slightly larger, as it was mentioned in previous posts. Marking of pin 1 is the only thing I added after download.

Pin pitch not correct
I imported the .stp file in altium (AD19) and the pin pitch seems to be 0.508mm while it should be 0.5mm.
I was able to get a correct model from Texas...
