STEP file is on a carrier board 
This version should be just the IC, but the STEP file still has a carrier board. STL is ok.

good, but offset and orientation had to be adapt 
when imported in Altium, the model required rotation on 2 axis and some Z offset correction to make it fit onto a footprint
