Description:	A small pressure/vacuum vent which shuts in a vehicle rollover. Mounts underneath manhole emergency vent and has a spark arresting gauze. Used to allow tanker compartment to equalise with atmospheric pressure due to temperature changes. It doesn't have sufficient capacity to be the sole vent for loading or unloading.
