Description:	Extrude - In the part environment, if no bodies exist, will prompt for the input dimension of a mid-plane extrusion; otherwise will use extrude traditionally (end condition should be remembered as normal) Cut - Will cut up to next in whichever direction removes material - Best if in the sketch environment or if you have a sketch selected.

Precondition:	In closed sketch
Postcondition:	Extrude extrudes - Cut cuts
