Description:	Each configuration will not have any tolerances. In one configuration all dimensions will be set to nominal value plus lower tolerance (which is usually negative). In the other configuration all dimensions will be set to nominal value plus upper tolerance (usually positive)

Precondition:	Assembly is open and one or more parts are selected or Part is open
Postcondition:	Currently active configuration of the part(s) will have 2 derived configurations.
