Description:	When SW session ends, you will be asked if you would like to use your SOLDWORKS on another computer instead of this one. If a user answers yes, then either a message to how to deactivate SW is displayed or the SW Activation Wizard is launched.

Precondition:	Place this in the folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
Postcondition:	A message will be displayed: Would you like to use your SOLIDWORKS on another computer?
