The series 116-1 permanent magnet DCbrush motor is available to serve the industrial, instrumentation and automotive markets in either open-loop or close-loop applications.Rotor laminations are skewed to provide very low cogging torque and no preferred rotor position. Standard catalog stall torque ratings are in the range of 19 to 78 oz-in, while no-loadspeeds range from 1,700 to 8,000 rpm maximum. Encoders with line counts up to 2048 are available toprovide velocity and position feedback information. Reliability is further enhanced by long-life, preloadedball bearings.
