The part is drawn at MMC in order to ensure collision avoidance. So the overall height, width, and surface that covers the DPAK are at maximum material conditions, NOT NOMINAL.X, Y, Z are set up for correct import into Altium designer with no offsets required. Centroid of part is in the center, located at the BOTTOM of the part where it comes into contact with the PCB.The bend in the part where it comes in contact with the PCB is set up to match their recommended footprint, NOT the mechanical data sheet (part is off by about 0.1 between the land pattern and mechanical).
