Thermal pads, for the configurations that have them, are minimum tolerance since only min is specified in the JEDEC standards.

	Thank you for this model. It drops in perfectly aligned in the XY plane. Boss-Pin1 is better done in the Front Panel. It''s easier to modify the model...
