Very good 
As it correctly mentioned in previous post, exposed thermal pad should be 90 degrees rotated per
FT601Q datasheets

All fitted to Marvell 88SE9230 
normal.
But thermal-pad slightly bigger.

Wrong Centre PAD 
Hi
I measured 5 times with FT601 datasheet, and based on that, you should rotate pad  by 90 degree.
