Rev 2* - Use this Macro when ready to check-in a file so the next person to open it doesn't have to suffer because some Image Quality user preferences set to be resource hogs. This Macro can be used to quickly change some of the Image Quality Display Setting to improve performance, especially important with large assemblies and drawings. (includes button and install instructions) * added timer for BEFORE Rebuild and updated/improved code.

Precondition:	SolidWorks document is open
Postcondition:	Optimized Image Quality, Rebuild, display rebuild times, Save
