Description Objective: I need a complete SolidWorks 3D assembly and the respective part files based on the attached 2D drawings. The project is a "Drill Guide" (Guia para Furos) mechanism used to position and adjust the height of a small workpiece for drilling. Functional Description (Based on drawing notes): Base & Support: The mechanism consists of a Base (1) that holds the assembly. The Support (2) fits into the Base (1), positioned by a cylindrical pin (3) and fixed by a socket head cap screw (4) and flat washer (5). Drill Guide: The drill guide bushing (6) is mounted on the Support (2) via a threaded hole. Height Adjustment: The workpiece is placed in the Spindle/Screw (7). Height adjustment is done by turning the knurled handle (9), which is fixed to the journal/mount (11) using two flat head screws (8). This sub-assembly is restricted from moving axially by a retaining ring (10). Movement: Rotating the handle (9) causes the axial movement of the spindle (7). The spindle is prevented from rotating by a grub screw with a dog point (12) mounted in the base (1).
