Description:	SOLIDWORKS Assembly Component Sorter (A-Z / Z-A)

Precondition:	SOLIDWORKS is running with an active assembly document containing at least one top-level component. The assembly is resolved and editable, and the user selects either ascending (A-Z) or descending (Z-A) sorting order before execution.
Postcondition:	All top-level assembly components are reordered alphabetically in the FeatureManager tree according to the selected sort order (A-Z or Z-A), and the assembly is rebuilt to reflect the new order.
