Description
Review how the Chisel Assembly was created feature by feature with the part reviewer tool. This Assembly is comprised of two parts, the chisel and the handle. For the handle, instead of adding relations via an assembly, the metal part for the chisel is inserted into this part. This allows direct parametric access to the planes and sketches used in the metal for the chisel. At the end of the tree the body for the metal can be Boolean subtracted from the inside of the molded plastic to estimate resin usage.

Description
To begin, a Boss Extrude is used as the main body exterior shape. Fillets are used to refine the exterior shape of the model. The Insert Part feature is used to make the Power Prong. Another Boss Extrude is used to extrude the material to remove undercuts created by the shell, and to add supports for the Power Prongs. The Mirror Feature is used for the support ribs and to create the opposite side of the housing.

Description
This part shows why it is so important to critically analyze all models that you work on.Even though the imported model can have a sheet metal feature applied to it, upon review a slight error in its geometry prevents it from being unfolded properly.A surface offset then a thicken operation roadmaps a useful workaround for repairing imported sheetmetal parts that have errors in their geometry. With the geometry corrected to a uniform wall thickness, the part can be unfolded to provide a usable flat pattern.

Description
This model has some unique features in it to create the bulb geometry. There are two sweep features that include a swept cut to create the lower threads. There is an example of composite curve to create a complex sweep path using easy to understand steps and geometry.

Description
The basic shape for this part is an octagon and it was created using a polygon sketch entity with eight sides. This part has mostly extruded features with a few revolved features and one lofted cut. Also the perimeter wall is a thin extrude using offset entities from the outside boundary. Offset entities makes the feature more robust and can handle changes better.

Description
This is a machined part that has mostly revolved features with some extruded features and a lofted cut. During the design process you will use convert entities. It creates an “On edge” relation that will update correctly if the original revolve feature changes.Download the part below to learn the techniques needed to create this part

Description
This is machined part that has mostly extruded features and few revolved bosses and cuts. The “Merged Results” is used to merge the bodies together into one body. A centerline is used to create diameter dimensions. The “Offset Entities” on the top and bottom edge of the cut is used to capture the angle from the Bottom Angled Cut. Chamfers can be used instead of a revolved cut to avoid making an extra sketch. Cosmetic Fillets finish off the part.

Description
This is a machined part that has mostly extruded features with a few revolved features and one lofted cut. Start with either a boss extrude or the revolve feature. The "Merge Results" option is turned on to ensure a single body. Broke Hub into separate features to keep sketches simple and to make part flexible to handle changes better. This irregularly shaped cutout uses a Lofted Cut Feature with two different radii in each sketch.
