Description:	If run in an assembly or drawing file this macro will open all referenced parts do a hard rebuild and them save the files in the same directory. This macro has been up dated and tested in Solidworks version 2013.

Precondition:	Drawing or Assembly is open
Postcondition:	All referenced files will be rebuilt and saveed
